Repair Service

Our quality and craftsmanship are our top priorities at Gadbois Jewelry and are always held to the highest standard, but fine jewelry, by nature, is delicate and fragile, so repairs may be necessary. We would also like you to enjoy your Gadbois Jewelry design for years to come. Should your piece ever need servicing, please let us know at CustomerCare@GadboisJewelry.com and we will provide you with the proper information to complete the repair job. 

Each Gadbois Jewelry piece comes with a lifetime guarantee for normal wear and tear on all items purchased through GadboisJewelry.com or one of our licensed retailers with valid proof of purchase. This warranty includes repairs for normal wear and tear, only, free of charge. Any repair needed beyond the approved "wear and tear" will require a servicing fee. All repair costs vary, and will be discussed and confirmed prior to the repair being completed.
