Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all US orders over $75. We do not ship orders to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

If a delivery sent to you arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at CustomerCare@GadboisJewelry.com. Claims for damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Gadbois Jewelry will not be held responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

General Shipping Information:

  • Order by 3pm (PST) for express delivery services.
  • Delivery times are for in stock products only.
  • All deliveries are tracked, your tracking number will be sent in an email when available.
  • We are unable to deliver on public holidays, or weekends.
  • All orders are delivered in our branded boxes, free of charge.
  • For products that are pre-ordered, shipment time will vary.

Sales Tax is automatically applied to your Gadbois Jewelry order in accordance with individual state regulations if your shipping address is in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, MA, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NV, NY, PA, TN, TX, VA and Washington, DC.

Missing or Damaged Items Policy: Please note that we require any missing or damaged items from your shipment must be reported to us within 48 hours of the package delivery from the postal carrier to you. Please be sure to open and inspect your package and check that all of its contents are there. We cannot replace products that are reported missing after the 48 hour mark.
